Synopsis
At a carnival on Birdwell Island, Clifford spends time with Emily Elizabeth Howard, Charley, and Jetta. Clifford's friends, Cleo and T-Bone, join in the fun.... There is a performance of "Larry's Amazing Animals" featuring animals. Included in the group are Shackelford, the High Flying Ferret, Dorothy (The Daring Cow), Dirk, and Rodrigo, who is a Chihuahuck named after his furry friend. The animals' show is not meeting their expectations, despite their best efforts. ". Even so, none of those animals are aware of the truth as their owner and Larry Gablegobble, the host on the show, declares their pride in keeping them away from their owners. Following the performance, P.T." and Larry discuss how they can continue their performances if they win the Tummy Yummies Animal Talent Contest in three weeks, with the expectation of fame/good fortune/a lifetime supply of Tumble Beans! Shackleford attempts to persuade Clifford, Cleo and T-Bone to sign autographs when they meet him, believing that his size and appearance would be enough to revive the group's popularity. Additionally, Nevertheless, the three companions decline to abandon their proprietors.
