Mitsuo met Superman, an alien. Superman is part of a group. This group tries to keep peace across the galaxy. Mitsuo then got a helmet. The helmet also works as a mask. It gives great strength. A cape was also given. The cape lets a person fly. A badge also came. The badge lets a person breathe underwater. It lets a person talk to others. He met others soon after he used the gifts.Superman told all Permans to keep their identity a secret. If it is ever revealed, the brain will be destroyed. To keep this secret, they get a robot. The robot is a special doppelganger. It can take their place when they are gone. This plan does not always work. It is not without problems.This equipment lets them be young Permans. They try to keep peace. They help people who need help.
